Welcome to Joyful Tidings Bridal Boutique! Our shop features a wide range of personalized bridal gifts and accessories, particularly robes and wraps. We believe that personal service shouldn’t be a thing of the past, especially not for your big day! Please send us a Convo and we will endeavor to reply within the same day.

Payments

Price quotations provided in conversations or custom orders, unless otherwise noted, will be honored for one month from the date of the initial quotation.

Accepted payment methods: we accept all major credit cards.

Shipping

We ship via standard ground shipping, which should take the item 3-5 business days to arrive from its shipping date. Please send us a message here or email us at cs@jtbridal.com if you would like to upgrade your shipping to two-day or have any additional questions.

Please note that rush order time estimates do not take shipping time into account.  For example, a one-week rush order with standard shipping means that the item ships, not arrives, in seven days; it is very difficult for us to control the exact timing of the shipping carrier, so if you need an order ASAP, please contact us regarding expediting shipping.

Returns and Exchanges

We would be happy to accept return for up to 30 days of the original shipping date, provided that the item is: 1) not personalized and 2) in new, unused, unwashed condition. If we make a mistake in shipping or personalizing your order, we will fix it at no cost to you. *No personalized items can be returned, so please be sure to double check an order before you place it.*

We do not accept refunds for “rush order” or “back embroidery” add-on items once the item has been shipped or embroidered, respectively. Put differently, once the work has been completed, we can no longer issue a refund, so please be certain before you place your order.

Additional policies and FAQs

What are some things to watch out for before placing my order? 
1) Does your monogram adhere to the traditional monogram rules? (see below)

2) Your robe will be embroidered in the exact order and casing of letters you provide. I.e. “Bridesmaid” is different from “bridesmaid” or “BRIDESMAID”, please check to see if the letters are in their desired cases.

3) Please let us know if you need the order rushed as soon as possible (see below). Rush production time begins at the time we receive the rush add-on purchase.

Monogramming Rules
Monograms are traditionally in the order of first name initial, last name initial, and middle name initial. For example, Allison Lee Weston would be AWL. Be sure to double check the information before you submit the order since the robes will be monogrammed in the exact order of letters that you provide. *Once embroidered, we are unable to make any further changes to the robes.*

Rush Orders
We welcome rush orders!  If you need your order to be rushed, please select the “Rush My Order” checkbox during checkout. Note that rush requests apply to order processing only, and does not affect shipping speed. Please send us a Convo if you need 2-day or overnight express shipping. This fee is subject to change from time to time based on our volume.
